Authentically made by Indonesian craftsmen using traditional construction methods in the "new looks old" style. All items are made of teak that is industrially cultivated specifically for the production of furniture and grows on plantations for decades. No natural tropical forests are cut down for our furniture. Teak is extremely dimensionally stable and has an extremely low risk of warping. Cracks and splinters are largely eliminated. Special plant substances give the wood an individual character and the grain with dark stripes that is typical for teak.
