Shipping Conditions

Our furniture can be shipped within the entire EU. Delivery is "curbside delivery". Within Germany, delivery to your desired location in your home is possible for an additional charge. Due to the different distances, there are generally two shipping tariffs:

1. Shipping to Germany or its neighboring countries

For goods shipped within Germany or to its neighboring countries (Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark), no additional shipping fees apply. Shipping of both freight and parcel goods is free of charge for you.

2. Shipping to all other EU countries

For the remaining EU countries, we charge a flat shipping rate of €90.00 for freight goods, and a flat shipping rate of €29.00 for parcel goods. These will be automatically added to your order during the payment process.

3. Shipping time

Shipping time is regularly 2-3 business days for our processing and preparation of the goods, plus an additional 2-8 business days for shipping by post or freight forwarder. Depending on the distance, the goods will usually be with you 1-2 weeks after ordering.

4. Shipping to European islands

Shipping to European islands, such as the Balearics, Canaries or Azores, is generally possible. However, since shipping can be considerably more expensive than to the European mainland, we reserve the right to individually determine the shipping costs with buyers in such cases.

5. General information on exchange/returns/cancellation

Exchange
Returning the item you received is the quickest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate purchase.

European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
